It depends on which exam. The General Electrician (Master) certification exam is semi-open book — the NEC and certain reference materials are provided at the testing center. The C-10 Contractor license exam (Law & Business + Trade) is closed book, administered on computer at a PSI testing center. CertifyPro prepares you for both.
